What is your cancellation policy?

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.

Any cancellation that occurs within the 24 hour period will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to arrive for your booking without any notification will result in the full fee.

 

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

We appreciate that everyone has things to do and all appointments will finish at the scheduled time. If you arrive twenty minutes late, your appointment will be cut short and you will still be charged the full amount.

 

Do I need to bring anything?

Please complete the questionnaire and food diary (which was emailed to you when you booked the appointment). Ask your doctor for a copy of any pathology and if possible bring them with you or ask the doctor to fax/email us a copy.

 

Do you share my information?

Your information will be kept strictly confidential. It will not be discussed with anyone outside of the clinic unless requested by you for specialist referrals or subpoenaed by the courts.

 

Can I claim a percentage of my consultation back via private health rebate?

The following Health Funds as of April 1st 2019 will accepted:
